"Felt a bit too expensive for me"
I really wanted to like this, but for the price, I just didn’t feel like I got enough out of it. To be fair, I can’t say for sure if I used it long enough to see the best results, but based on my experience, it didn’t feel worth the cost. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Shipping always takes forever now"
It showed up about a week later than I expected, but everything ships slow these days. The item arrived in good shape though, so it was fine overall.

"Felt Like a Lot to Keep Track Of"
I’ll be honest, this routine kind of wore me out. There were just too many steps, and I kept forgetting what I was supposed to use and when. After a few days, it started feeling more annoying than helpful, especially when I wasn’t in the mood to think that hard about a skincare routine.

"Nice ingredients, and my skin isn’t freaking out"
I’ve been using clearstem i keep thinking, okay, this actually makes sense. The ingredient lists are easy to read, and I’m not sitting there wondering what half of it is or worrying about a bunch of pore-clogging stuff. My skin can be so picky, so I’m always kind of waiting for something to feel harsh or off, but so far nothing has felt weird. It gives me the impression that they actually care about making safe products, not just making the packaging look cute. I’d definitely buy again

"I’ve actually liked this brand for a..."
I’ve actually liked this brand for a while, so I was really hoping this would be the one that helped my skin. Unfortunately, after using it for about two months, my breakouts looked pretty much the same, they might have gotten a little worse. Kind of a bummer because I wanted to stick with a brand I already trust, but this just didn’t work for my acne.

"Return took longer than expected"
Customer service was nice, but the return dragged a bit. I had to check in once for an update. Not awful, just frustrating given the price.

"Made my skin angry"
I tried this on my face and pretty much right away it started stinging. My skin got red and felt irritated, so I washed it off. Not for me.

"Not really sure it worked for me"
I wanted to like this, but I have mixed feelings. It felt okay at first, but after using it my skin ended up feeling dry and a little bumpy. Maybe it works better for other skin types, but it just didn’t do much for mine.
